A Letter to Church Herald supporters...

Dear Church Herald reader:

Communication is the heart of solid relationships. Through the open exchange of ideas, information, thoughts, and dreams, we know and are known.

This ideal is foundational to the work of the Church Herald. Stories on our pages reflect the many ways the Reformed Church works and worships across North America. We provide not only a place of education and information, but also a place where varied opinions are welcomed.

Such open communication is crucial to the life and health of the RCA. Through these words and images we gain a fuller understanding of the witness of the people and congregations of the Reformed Church. By understanding others, we gain an appreciation of what we can do, corporately and individually, to further God’s kingdom on earth.

As a Church Herald subscriber, you support our mission. Will you consider expanding your support through a gift to the Church Herald?

Your contribution will keep alive our commitment to full and open communication within the RCA. Your gift will offset the cost of our recent transition to paid subscriptions, and will allow us to maintain current subscription prices for 2009.

The commitment of those in the RCA who appreciate and support the magazine and its journalistic freedom has never been more important. Your support will keep the vision alive.

Join those readers who have supported this ministry with additional gifts of all sizes and help continue to strengthen this ministry of open communication.

Thank you for your consideration, and for being a friend and supporter of the Church Herald.

Sincerely,

Christina Van Eyl
